"Waited OVER 3 HOURS for a tow that didn’t show up. They left no way to communicate. By the time they sent someone out, I had already made it to where I needed to the car through other means. If you’re unfortunate enough to have to rely on them, you’re screwed. When they initially called, they said “you can pay for a tow from a third party and then file for reimbursement.” No guarantee though, so what’s the membership even for?"
