"Beware of this facility. They will charge you up front for devices with the promise of billing your insurance. This process has taken months to manage. Initially inquiring about if insurance has been billed they tell you you have wonderful insurance. Ultimately, I had to start calling my insurance to see if a claim had been submitted with none being posted. I contacted the billing department and the owner of Central Coast Audiology frequently with no return response. My insurance shows them as an in network facility and all along was told I have excellent insurance. My insurance tried contacted them many times. After 5 months of calling my insurance to resolve this issue Central Coast Audiology comes back with they are out of network and has kept my payment. Unbelievable that a place like this exists. How many elderly have they taken advantage of. How many elderly have they taken advantage of? This place advertises on our local network KSBW and that was how I found out about them. I think my next call will be to the network."
