"WESTRIDGE IS A THIEF!!! I was going to become a tenant a Westridge at Hilltop. I placed a holding fee which was $150.00 and application fee which was $50.00 and was supposed to be refunded. This was in the middle of october of this year and I HAVEN'T GOTTEN A REFUND!!! YOU ARE STEALING FROM PEOPLE AND NO ONE IS PICKING UP THE PHONE AT WESTRIDGE FOR THREE WEEKS!!! THIS IS BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE!!"

"Save your time & money! These ppl will give you the runaround and extend the application process for no apparent reason. There is no communication whatsoever from management and leasing agents alike."

"Management never answers the phone they charge you late fees for stuff that you weren’t liable for. Charged me two months worth of rent for one month and charge me a late fee for the extra rent because I didn’t pay the extra. When I asked to remove it, I never got a callback, all I see is the people in the office giggling and laughing but not working. Always have to walk to the office to actually get somebody to answer the phone or talk during open hours."
