"I’m writing this review because I just want to take a second to say how awesome the office workers are! We had the pleasure of working with Dorothy to get my dad into an apartment due to my grandma passing away and him needing a place of his own! I instantly thought of Baycliff since I myself had lived there 10 years prior and enjoyed living there! Not only is Dorothy so sweet, kind & helpful she made the whole experience comfortable and very friendly, we enjoyed how much we were able to laugh and joke and make the application process smooth even with a couple bumps along the way, but hey that’s how life rolls! We got everything smoothed out and got him an approval! Also, the whole office staff is sweet and welcoming, everyone we saw had a smile and was kind. We are waiting for my dads move in date but just knowing how he got into a place here at baycliff just minutes away from where he currently lived is reassuring since not much of his normal routine or routes will be affected! Thank you so much Dorothy for your help and patience and sharing this journey of a new path for my dad with us. I recommend Baycliff. Can’t wait to get him moved into his new place !!"

"I’ve had no problems here I actually love it , all the office people are really nice specially Brittany from the start tell now & everything I have complained about got delt with within the same day as in my parking space was the only real issue I can say I’ve had & that got delt with THE SAME DAY . NEVER seen a roach in my house & I’ve been here almost 6 months . I’d recommend baycliff apartments !"

"All I can say is run as fast as you can. I've been here 2 months first night saw a roach. Let them know dish washer wasn't working so they took out cabinet under sink haven't got it put back together yet. Told them about mold smell between bathroom and hall closet I even offered to have someone come out, Manager told me no they have someone that does that haven't seen them yet. Next stop Lawyers t won't"
