"The staff at Central Coast Diagnostic Radiology was kind and professional. However, the billing process has been a nightmare. I got ultrasound work done here in August and was told I had met my deductible and was only responsible for $66. Last month, I received a bill that amounted to nearly $500. If you are going to visit this place, ensure you have additional medical savings aside so you are not caught off guard."

"Staff is nice, but I don't get the billing process. Almost every time, I give them my insurance card, they have my correct ID number but bill Blue Cross and not Blue Shield. I wish I had known this a few years ago before paying a hefty bill in collections. Dealing with it again and trying to talk to someone is seemingly impossible. Day 2, still not a live person."

"I went back for my annual imaging and was again very pleased with my experience at this facility. Registration was a breeze, the cost was as discussed over the phone. The technician was superb. The wait time was minimal. The facility was clean and well maintained. I am a pediatrician who is NOT affiliated with this organization, but was please with my experience there (please enough to write a review). I'll be returning as a patient for my annual exam."

"DON'T GO OFF OF THEIR "QUOTED PRICE"!!! OR JUST DON'T GO HERE! I called to receive a quote before going to their facility. I quoted all around Monterey to get the best pricing for the ultrasounds I needed. They "Quoted" me $217. I just got the bill..... $740!!!!! that is 3.4 times the original "Quote"! and they expect me to just cough up another $523??? no. I called around to multiple places before settling on this place due to the price. They asked me at the time BEFORE my appointment if the price was contingent on me going to them. I said Yes. NOT TO MENTION my appointment was over an hour late!! they said to drink 32 oz or more of water before my appointment, and then they are an hour late!?! they are so lucky I didn't pee my pants in the waiting room! that or my bladder bursting.. they would probably bill me for that too!"
