"We stayed at the Galleria Park Hotel on New Year's Eve 2024 and it was a fabulous experience! It's the oldest hotel in San Francisco! Who knew? My mother was born and raised in San Francisco and I lived there and worked a block away for many years and I never knew. The Gin Martini was also developed there and they do a happy hour with Gin Martini and wine every evening for their guests. Our room was lovely, everything was clean and modern and just visually beautiful! I cannot say enough about this hotel I will stay there every time I go to San Francisco to visit. They have a small park on the 3rd floor where you can sit under a tree or you can take a run on the small cement track. It is near Chinatown and Bart and Metro. Near MoMA within a short walk to Union Square and the Ferry Building. The service was just wonderful, and they have onsite parking, which you pay for, but it is well worth it. There is also the White House Parking Garage a half a block away that is about 20 dollars cheaper and safe if you don't want to pay the hotel price."

"Nicest hotel experience we've had in a while. The staff were friendly and conscientious, for example if we walked by someone running a vacuum they would turn it off (with a smile) and wait until we weren't around to resume. Desk people who we hadn't met yet would know our name. The hotel was spotless and fresh smelling. The rooms and common areas were updated. The beds were comfortable. I would most definitely return to this little gem."
