"The staff and the free breakfast were great and very appreciated. It's a motel just so we're clear. There's only one microwave in the entire facility and it's next to the lobby, far from say the 500 building. There is only one set of washer and drier for laundry and it's located in an open air closet at the far end of the property. Great for journeyman Carpenters on a 2 week gig, horrible for families imo just on lack of safety and security. It is what it is."

"The host is excellent, she knew I was tired, plus had luggage, so she quickly changed my room, it was cozy like home, clean towels with extra tea bags of "Earl Grey" when you need them. Breakfast, though humble , but filling, with bananas and apples, and to top it off, with 'Quaker's" oatmeal brand. bread is also available, as well as a classical toaster, Along with butter and strawberry blueberries jam. A gym is also available , with equipment to get the workout done. There was also a pool outside the restaurant, but it was raining heavily. I wish I was able to check in on time, maybe on the next one."

"Great place in terms of location, pretty close to the airport. We heard occasional planes throughout the night. There was also a nice bakery and seafood food truck within walking distance. They had a great package deal where you sleep there and leave your car for up to 8 nights. Our car was safe the entire 6 days we left it. The walls in the room were thin and unfortunately we ended up next to people who we could hear their conversation. They also have an odd but I guess understandable policy which allows them to enter your room to check on among other things, "other purposes",... Sounds like a catch all to enter your room whenever for whatever. In all, the price is right for a stay and park, and accept you may not get a decent night sleep, but at least you are in a good location."

"The service at the front counter was good The location was also good BUT the room had cockroaches, and we never mentioned it as we had just come back from a tropical country, which is normal to see and far larger ones. But that's no excuse for a hotel chain owned by Best Western. We had a 9 hour layover, so we needed something close to San Francisco Airport so we could avoid traffic, we needed a shower, something to eat, and a couple hours of rest. My advice is that if you're looking for a place to stay, then spend a few more dollars and travel about 10 minutes further and stay in something nicer."

"Rates to and from the airport are $25-35 each way, unless surging, and I couldn’t convince a yellow cab to pick me up for less. What that in mind, slightly costlier hotels nearby will offer a free shuttle and end up cheaper for an airport stay. The motel room was clean with a surprisingly comfortable bed, no noise except for a buzzing in the bathroom. Breakfast was above average, with fruit, eggs, potatoes, bacon, bakery muffins, yogurt and more."
