"The rudest most incompetent people working at the pharmacy! I called at noon to make sure the prescriptions I ordered online could be ready the day of instead of next day and the pharmacist snapped at me with the biggest tude out of nowhere! Then when I came in to pick up my order, the doltish woman at the register screwed up the older gentleman’s prescriptions several times! this poor guy who was in a wheelchair was so frustrated by their lack of competence and their inability to communicate that he was nearly in tears! Several ppl including myself had to come back because they still didn’t have our prescriptions ready… I get it, pharmacies can get pretty busy but then Walgreens needs to hire more staff or at least a staff with half a brain! Maybe re-open their second window they have and figure out a better system because this clearly isn’t working!"

"Rude and eye rolling pharmacy tech! I was there for covid booster and she can’t stop rolling her eyes. “You both are immunocompromised ?” N keep rolling her eyes. Keep your judgement at home! Bring kindness and empathy to work . Walgreens as a cooperation need to work on training their staffs to be non-judgmental."
