"Got this chrome look on my nails. Although I like my nails I wasn’t too happy about the price. A full set says is $45 and I added chrome powder to my acrylic (no polish) and paid $70 and although I always leave a tip the lady asked me for one when I was paying? So total of $80 with the $10 tip. My SIL went with me and she got a full set also with purple nail polish and her set was $50. Same length as mine just a different shape (square) I guess chrome powder is an extra $20. Pretty insane to me. I expected to pay $50-$60. Just feels like I could have gotten more done for the price. I’ve gone many times before and staff has always been nice, I’ve been offered wine or lemonade before etc. prices were never an issue. Not sure what happened this time."

"My sister and I did complicated nails in about late August for Ren Fair. Literally the prettiest nails and kindest people. I personally bite my nails and they never shamed me like other places. They are truly kind people. I wish I found a photo of my nails but, here is my sister’s. They did fantastic and I tipped them very well because I truly appreciate the kindness from them especially when I had very little nails from years of biting them from Anxiety. They are very talkative when you communicate with them first. They are open to always new challenges."

"I have been coming here almost a year and the staff here have been nothing but amazing and kind. They treat you like family here and I would recommend no where other than this place for my friends to go in the area of La Crosse and Onalaska. A lot of businesses in the area make nails too thick or the wrong shape and you don’t get what you pay for. This is the place to go! I recommend Nina!!"

"I gave 3 stars because I am not entirely happy with my nails. My daughter and I went for the same full set design. Mine are a bit uneven and not fully complete. I understand the place was super busy but I would've rather come back at a different time. I asked for stones on my nails and the line is crooked and 3 of 5 nails were left without the stones that they were suppose to have. The lady was nice and all but I just feel she was too busy to complete my nails properly."
