"This is always a great place to stop because of the employees! It is such a warm and welcoming store. Patty treats all the customers as if they are family!"
"I generally like Walgreens. Good prices and friendly staff. Sometimes really busy. Some deals but some items higher priced than nearby stores"
"They are SO busy. I arrived in drive thru minutes before the pharmacy's scheduled lunch break and Justin the pharmacist was calm cool and professional. You're staff is working hard every time I'm there. Keep it up! Merry Christmas!"
"Today my experience with the pharmacy drive-thru was enjoyable. Jayden was so professional and pleasant to communicate and work with. She helped me workout issues that were causing serious issues with me geeting my prescriptions. Things other people never took the time like she did to address and fix. I gave a 5 star because the entire team working did a outstanding job. It started with her amazing positive demeanor and disposition. She is a great asset to our Walgreens here!"
"The pharmacy is extremely substandard. My advice is to order prescriptions a week in advance and call multiple times to confirm it’s ready for pickup. My BEST advice is to use the Hyvee pharmacy. The staff has been unreasonably rude and slow. I have waited an hour and a half for a prescription that was filled three days prior only for them to tell me they lost it (after I had to ask another associate what was taking so long - they just left me waiting after finding this information). This was considerably more frustrating given how filthy the waiting/pharmacy area is. The original associate I was working with (balding man, roughly in his late 30s) let me know it “wasn’t their fault they lost it” and he “didn’t know what next steps I should take to get it refilled”. I’ve had to call to have my doctor to refill prescriptions again due to them losing it or the refill expiring (within the 48 hours of placing the refill). It is extremely difficult to get in touch with an actual representative (they have an automated voice answering calls). The automated message said my prescription was ready, but they were out of the medication when I tried to pick it up a few minutes later (it is strange - even with shortages - that they are constantly out of medications that a fixed amount of people order monthly on the same dates. It should be easier to determine the amount needed when placing orders if they reference how many customers have placed refills for the month). They are out of this particular medication again this month. I’m not sure if they need to work on their communication amongst their own team and/or with customers, or if I need to work on finding a different pharmacy. I know some that have switched from Walgreens to Hyvee across the street, and they have been very satisfied in comparison."
