"I brought in a picture of what I wanted for a new hair color. (I wanted Burgundy dual color with dark brown base). I came out with a poorly done blonde highlights. I had hair to the middle of my back, asked to trim it up with long layers and thin my hair out, and I got above my shoulders with a botch looking layer job. I was at the salon for 5 hours and was pretty much rushed out at closing. I went back the next day and told the owner I didn't like the cut or color and wanted something back. Which she did refund me half of my money back. She tried to tell me that she thought that the caramel blonde looked goodogood me. But that's not the point. Blonde is far from a burgundy color. That the entire coloring job looked very unprofessional because she left hair dye all over my ears and forehead and neck. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere for hair coloring and cutting before going here."

"I was in a rush to get a perm and Jane squeezed me in before close. It turned out really good and she didn't rush through it and took her time. She was very friendly and overall just a joyful person. I would highly recommend to get your done/cut here."

"I had Jane, the owner, do my hair and the hospitality was great, however, my hair was not. I asked for an ombre and I now have mostly blonde with chunks of brown around my roots. It looks very choppy. The blonde was just the right tone, but the choppiness of the root area just doesn't look great and i wasn't fully satisfied."

"Don't go here! Went to get a burgundy and brunette boliage. My hair was extremely damaged from bleaching my ends. She did a very bad ombre not a boliage. And she attempted to dye it burgundy but it turned out orange. Went back a week later to have her fix it but when I left my hair was pink and more damaged. She told me i was 'the most complicated hair client she's ever had and that my hair doesnt hold color'. Went home and did deep conditioning for a week to repair some of the damage and dyed it myself with $10 box dye and acceived the color I was going for. Save your $80 and do it yourself or go somewhere that knows what they are doing."
