"My mother has had 3 scheduled rides with hometown transport. The first one was able to get her to Rochester 30 minutes after her scheduled check in time. The second arrived 20 minutes late for an appointment that was 20 miles away and starting in 25 minutes. The final straw was when pickup time was confirmed for 5 am, at 530 no one was there, after a phone call they said they'd be there in 20 minutes. She was picked up shortly after 6 am for day full of appointments in Rochester, with the first being at 745. They drive takes a minimum of 2 hours. Driver said he'd overslept. I can't couch fire his attitude or driving skills but the prison who accompanied my mother said he was very unfriendly. Now my mother misses some of her appointments because of late arrival and will have to go back again which is very difficult when she is wheelchair bound and incontinent, making appointments with 5 hour transportation round trip very uncomfortable to begin with."
