Best Western Antelope Inn & Suites

"My family and I stayed here during our cross-country road trip. Rooms are cozy and clean, we had a 2 queen room and it was a little tight but still fine for the 3 of us and our cat. We had a great view of a river from our window. Staff is super friendly and always willing to help when needed! I had to go to the front desk a few times for minor issues but they were always quick to resolve with a smile! Breakfast had a good variety; scrambled and hard boiled eggs, sausage(links one day, patties the next), waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, and different varieties for milk, juice and coffee. I will note that they get the good, sturdy plastic ware and plates, which is a nice touch when some hotels choose to go cheap. The Red Bluff area has a good variety of restaurants, gas stations, a Walmart and a dollar store all within a few miles from the hotel. Very convenient for families who may need to run and get something quick! And nice and unexpected touch was the Koi Pond and Aviary! Us animal lovers and our 6 month old really enjoyed that! Thank you for the great stay! If we ever need to stop and stay a night in this area again we will definitely choose this Best Western!"

"When my family gathers in Red Bluff for events, we typically stay at the Best Western, as we did week of Nov. 20-24, 2023. For the most part, the experience was a pleasant one, with one unfortunate exception, without which you’d have gotten a 5 rating overall. Your clerk who worked the day shift Nov 22 became rather testy when I mentioned to him that the breakfast buffet had run out of eggs. He exhibited a similarly negative attitude when I later simply asked him if the buffet would be open the morning of Thanksgiving Day. As the first impression is always a lasting one, it should be clear this individual — through his attitude and less-than-professional personal appearance —presents a suboptimal first impression of your establishment and is not representative of the high standards set by Best Western. Otherwise, the stay was very nice."

"Fantastic value. Good price, clean spacious rooms. Housekeeping does a great job here. Breakfast was good the grounds are well maintained."

"The entrance to the hotel very nice. Front desk employee was friendly. When I booked the room I requested a wheelchair accessible room. When I was checking in I again asked for a wheelchair accessible room. I explained to the Clark at the front desk, that my mom needs a bathroom big enough get her wheelchair or her walker in. What we got was a regular 2 queen bed room. Small bathroom with NO handrails by the toilet. Not even a chance of my mom getting in the shower. I guess I didn't say the right words. Maybe I should have said handicap instead of wheelchair accessible. When researching a hotel I went to a couple of different sites, the filter options, for handicap only for parking. If you need special requests you could ased so I did. But you won't know until you get there. I had blind faith that Best Western would accommodate my request. I needed to know if if the Best Western in Red Bluff could accommodate my request before I book the book. So lesson learned make sure you communicate your needs so it is understandable. I tried to add some videos but there is no place to do so"
