"If I could give zero stars I would. Last night my daughter's friend reserved rooms to have a sleep over and pool party same as the year before. The hotel called the cops and kicked us out. THIS WAS A 6 YEAR OLDS PARTY. I had to tell my 6 year old we couldn't stay. Imagine explaining that to kindergartens who are not only upset that they have to leave but are now also scared because the cops are making them leave. I get it kids are loud and if they were why not come to us and say to keep it down. Why not privately tell the parents of the birthday girl it's too loud we're canceling the reservation and say the pool is closed or something. They caused no damage the made no mess and none of the kids were unsupervised. There was a better way to handle it and shame on management for not doing better and upsetting a group of little kids."

"The manager of the hotel just called the cops on a 6 year olds birthday party. The cops really. They kicked them all out and canceled the room reservation. The kids didn't understand why they had to leave and were crying. Poor little girl. The hotel is nice but the management stinks."

"We had a really great experience, the hotel was clean and well maintained. everything seemed to be in working order. The indoor pool looked real inviting, but we did not have a chance to use it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Truthfully I've become pretty accustomed to having a sundry shop in the hotel the fact that this hotel did not have one was kind of a bummer I just went to the gas station close by and bought stuff but it was very inconvenient. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, and we would definitely stay here again"

"Always our favorite first hotel stop on way to Seattle from SCAL. Very dog-friendly which is a must for us. Well maintained property, recently remodeled, always a very friendly and helpful staff working, with clean and quiet rooms, comfy beds, microwave and small refrig. Off the I5 freeway just far enough to be safe and quiet, but close. Nice big modern Arco gas station and convenience store next door. Breakfast options were not so desirable for us on this stay. Basic hotel scrambled eggs and sausage, cereal, bread and pastries, apples and bananas. Opted to go to the nearby drive-thru Starbucks on the way out instead for tasty egg bites and a London Fog tea for the road. Great job to all and Happy Thanksgiving to the staff!"

"Arrived at 12am with intention to charge a car overnight. Nice lady at the front desk tried to unlock the chargers but turned out the keys were misplaced or someone took them so couldn’t charge overnight, not a big deal but it nice to have a full charged car in the morning. Not today. The room was clean however it smelled funny, after dealing with the charges at 1am I didn’t feel like switching rooms. Now it’s 2am and I was woken up by 2 very loud trains. I’ve got room 316 and seems like all rooms facing the front of the building are not the quiet ones so be mindful when selecting the room. AC is loud too."
