"This was a fun place to rent out for events."
"Great place to see films. Nice and clean and not too big a place. We came here yesterday for the SF Bay premiere of the Ruth Weis documentary, a famous beatnik from the 50’s who has made a great impact on our culture Parking is pay meters on the street."
"This is another gem that’s kind of hidden and nobody knows about but within the DeLancey street foundation there’s a THX surround sound theater, that has 3-D capabilities it’s rented out for whatever you might want to do their show a movie have a speaking engagement and of that nature . I think it’s a very nice cozy kind of personal little theater. You’re usually met at the front gate and a valet will walk you to the theater where the function is happening very nice little touch."
"Something really wrong people even let me know if my daughter is OK they use these people to work their properties and brainwash them I will not rest until they are exposed"
