"I ordered a throttle body and various parts in April of 2023. After two months of waiting I sent several emails, once with a reply saying that my parts were getting ready to ship the following week. In late June I called the shop several times after not receiving my parts. Once I finally reached a female who answered the phone and I explained my situation. She claimed to talk to Jim and she was told my parts were to be shipped out in a week. Now it’s August and I still haven’t received my parts. Again, several emails and phone calls have been made with no reply. Now Jim’s answering services says it can not accept anymore messages. After reading through the reviews I see now this is a common occurrence. At some point Jim’s behavior needs to turn from a civil dispute to a criminal charge for theft. I spent near $600 and now I am out that money."

"BUYER BEWARE!!!! I purchased a throttle body from this company on June 6th, the shipping date changed several times from 2 weeks to 4 weeks to by the end of August. Merchant is hard to get ahold of, doesn't answer phone, doesn't answer emails. I received one phone call over 2 months ago with the explanation that he was waiting on a spring to assemble throttle body. Since then I have emailed several times trying to work with Tpis to come through with product and finally to just receive a refund. I have been ignored and haven't received said refund. I now am working with Visa and a lawyer to receive my refund and compensation for lawyer fees. My suggestion is DO NOT BUY from this merchant!"

"Ordered a fuel pressure regulator 3 weeks ago. I understand they are moving but that's no reason to not return a email or tell people when they will start to ship. Poor customer service and don't even know if it will be easy to get my money back. Will not shop with them again"

"I ordered a lift plate 3 & 1/2 weeks ago, havn't heard anything from them. I have called and sent multiple emails just trying to get an estimated ship date. No response. Poor customer service. Update: after a month of waiting I finally got it. It did not match the picture on their website. It was flat black with no logo engraved. Picture was gloss black with company logo. Went to website to compare, it is no longer on the website."

"Knowledgeable more than most out there. Diagnosed my performance issue quickly then dyno tuned it at a very fair price. They are busy for a reason."
