"Sutter Walk-in Care sent me here on a Saturday for chest x-rays at 2:00 PM. The corporate Sutter sheet we received said they are open to 4:00 PM. We get there and the place is a ghost town. We then proceeded to knock on doors and windows and a nice technician came out to help us but she said that they have closed at 1:30 PM for the past two years on Saturday. Don’t make a mistake by thinking this place is open and we sent an edit to Google to make sure other patients don’t go through what we did today. This is not the locations fault, but corporate Sutter for being lazy and not updating the public on their true hours."

"It's Covid Time! Called to ask if staff were all vaccinated. Told me they could not tell me. I wasn't asking for names, just general question. I've been to 2 other doctors' offices who gladly let me know that everyone was vaccinated. So this leads me to believe that not everyone is vaccinated in their office. If that is a concern to you as it is to me, go elsewhere."

"I cannot tell you how wonderful the team is here! I have been here twice now and cannot say enough good things about the staff members that have seen me. In my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Tracy. She is absolutely wonderful, and I can tell you I am not an easy patient. I had to come in for a three hour glucose test and am not great with needles. She made me feel very comfortable, and when I was flustered and forgot my mask one of the times I came in she was so nice and promptly found one for me. Poor Tracy had to see me FOUR times in three hours, and I am known to be a fainter. I can say, I was able to walk out of there with both feet thanks to her! In my first visit, Afton was so sweet and took such good care of me. I had called in crying because I was turned away from Quest(and 6 months pregnant), and she was so empathetic and made me feel right at home. It meant so much that she was able to accommodate me late in the day, and even though I'm sure everyone would have liked to be wrapping up and heading out for the weekend she never made me feel that way. If I had the choice, I would always go to this lab for any bloodwork you need. They are so so nice, and also SO FAST!"
