"This a family owned business and you can tell. I was traveling home from St. Paul with my family back home to Michigan and my van broke down with 5 people and a 2 month old. When I called they were very busy with repairs but wanted to get off the road quickly because it is so dangerous. They were not able to repair my vehicle but the tools is to Flagstar Ford dealership near by and called the dealership ahead to see if we could be serviced! They brought out TWO trucks to take my family and I to the dealership. That is a true family culture. Please use them if needed. They were really accommodating. Thank you!"

"My car blew a belt on I94 as I was leaving for a trip, called Roberts and was able to get the car brought down to them, they took a look at the car for me And tried to get the parts needed to get me on the road. The shop called everyone clear back to the cities and we're unable to find the parts available but they said that it should be safe to drive back to the cities . I did end up taking my car home and made it all the way, they decided to not charge me for the diagnostic since they could t get parts. I just wanted to thank them again my car is now repaired by my local shop but thanks to Roberts I knew exactly what was needed and felt confident getting the car home carefully.
