"I have gone to Kelly for years due to I like how she cuts and colors hair. But a few months I called her to make an appointment and she thought she hung up but she didn't. So I was about to hang up and I heard her bad mouthing me as she was cutting someone else's hair...so some client of hers heard me being trashed who doesn't even know me. I hung up and called her later and told her what I heard, and her response was "Ok...so do you want an appointment.?" I said no and hung up. She gave no apology or remorse for her actions. How unprofessional to smile to my face and then cut me down behind my back. I would not recommend her!"
