"I went in for a couple of services and can say it was vastly different between the two. I don't do fancy lashes and figured I'd make a go with my natural lashes and did a lift and tint. That service went well and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to try a low maintenance experience. I opted to schedule a haircut at the same time since I've been looking for a stylist in the area after my regular one left the industry ( from a different salon). I am working to grow my hair out and asked for the ends to be cleaned up and texture to be added throughout so that it's easier to adjust the style as it grows. The stylist was polite and did ask me to check it before I left - and I absolutely checked the areas I was most concerned about - the back. Little did I realize after getting home to restyle it, my sides were so different that I had to cut it myself just to even it out AND lost 2 months of growth while doing so. I probably should have known better since there was a single wash sink and cutting chair in the reception area next to the front desk which would have been a red flag if I'd only gone for a cut or been able to talk with someone prior to making an appointment. Booking the appointment is only managed online with your credit card to ensure payment according to their cancellation policy because trying to reach the business by phone was impossible as they do not answer calls - so there was no option to ask questions before going in for a booked appointment - and the front door clearly states open by appointment only. I will definitely be looking for a full service salon when I'm ready to see a stylist again."

"I was so nervous to get my lashes done because I tend to pick them off and I have a very active life style or I tend to wear a lot of makeup. So I explained all this to my lash girl and she suggested to do a more natural look and explained several ways to take care of them. 2 weeks of having them iv had zero problems at all im so so thankful for ALIX!! She knew exactly what I needed and I’m hooked!!"

"I see Daniel at Vue for Lash Extensions. I got my first ever set 3 weeks before my wedding. During our appointment I told her what look I was going for and also that we are having a destination wedding in the DR. She helped me decide on which type of lashes and what shape would look best on me and also gave me tips on how to ensure my lashes lasted for the wedding and also during vacation at the beach and in the pool. She then gave me lots of helpful tips and product recommendations about make up application for events (I did my own). The day before we left for the wedding I came in for a fill and she helped me decide on how we could tweak the application to perfect the look I wanted and improve comfort. They looked amazing on my wedding day and I decided to keep filling them now after because I love them so much! Daniel is the owner of Vue and has been doing lashes for ever, and it shows!!! The photo attached is on my wedding day, I got my lashes filled November 28th and the wedding was December 3rd. I brought individual glue on lashes with just in case I had some fall out but they were not needed. I was wearing no falsies or mascara in this photo, only my extensions and mascara on my lower lashes."

"Vue beauty salon did hair and makeup for my girls and I on my wedding day last weekend. They came in with quite the crew and did a fabulous job! Danielle made me feel so beautiful and I cannot thank her enough! I will say don't do a trial ahaha it looked different and obviously wasn't as well done as my hair on the actual day.
