"The site itself is a little tricky to find, you have to head back behind a building to get to it. It looks like the facility is going through a pretty big renovation, and it needs quite a bit of work. The office was staffed sparsely. We almost went someone else before we realized that the "out for lunch" sign just hadn't been taken down. Price for a drop-in was affordable. The sites are fine, but not awesome. It's a mix of some very beat-up long-term tenants and people traveling through. But it was quiet, and the site was fairly level. Not sure I'd come back given all the other places we saw that looked better for a similar price, but it's not a bad one-stopper for the evening if you're on your way through."
"Used to be a K.O.A. site wish it still was. No WiFi. Trash is to be deposited in a random trailer in the middle of the park. Bathrooms are clean but the shower curtain is obviously cut from a bigger one and several inches short of the length of the stall. Warm water is only in the shower not the sinks. We wanted a tent site w/ electric got told because we have our child in the van and us in a tent we had to have a car site...no room for the tent at the site. Store is poorly, poorly, stocked. Unless you like beer. Soda machines do not work and take your money. Discounts if you pay cash for your site but honestly I wouldn't want to come back. For $20 more you can get a hotel room with free coffee and breakfast. Sites are tightly packed...like S.F. housing. The cabins are $85 a night at least and honestly aren't worth it. A hotel is a better deal and location location location. Here you are crossing 4 lanes of highway 101. There is nothing else but Caltrans and some hardware store for 2 miles either way. You aren't walking anywhere or seeing anything but Highway 101."
"We stayed for a couple of nights, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was great, good kids playground and laundry room. Restrooms were very clean, overall we had a great experience here. The store also had a decent selection."
"Very nice and very observant!!! So grateful for the lady at the front desk on our trip this weekend!! The cabin was extremely clean and smelt wonderful!!! Beds were comfy and neatly made! Bathrooms are shared, but are clean and have showers. Great experience and will be back again!!!"
"I found this place to be charming. Cabin was very clean, key was conveniently in a drop box waiting for me after an almost 6 hour, no pit stop, drive to see my dad. While it is true this is just a basic cabin, no TV, just a bed and a wall desk, and a night stand, the room was very clean, beds were clean, and the park was clean. There's a heater in the room and while sparsely decorated, it's tastefully done. Shower and restrooms clean, other guests friendly. They have a store and vending machines for drinks. There's a play ground for people with children. On site laundry. I would stay again."
