"AWESOME! The things you can get here, never ending store I love it. Thank you. Keep up the great work, the employees and cashier's are full of joy and I appreciate it."
"Very difficult to get any of the items behind the glass. Razors for shaving, Ink for printer, Legos, Pokémon cards, baby formula, etc. Many of the items I need are behind the glass, and getting help from the staff feels impossible. When you do find a staff member, most of them brush you off and say they do not have the keys."
"Early tonight I went shopping at Walmart for some Christmas items. At the end of my purchase with a cashier at a checkout stand, I began to walk towards the exit of the store is when I noticed a self checkout employee giving evil malicious looks to a young man who look of African American decent. This man was checking out his items in peace while I observed the evil looking male employee walked next to him giving him dirty looks. I felt very uncomfortable for the man who was occupied with scanning all his items nicely. This instantly felt like racism. There were other customers in the self check area who were not Black/ African American and were not being watched. In fact, the non Black/ African American customers were greeted by the self check out employees with smiles. We are going into the year of 2024 and it is so heartbreaking to witness such continuous racism, hatred, and foolishness against the Black/African American decent. As a young black woman myself, educated with 3 degrees shopping with my children who also were impacted by this experience is such a tragedy and impacts our mental health. When does the racism end? All people/customers of color are not criminals, so please do not treat us as such! May God bless that man and everyone else of color who has experienced racism treatment at this store."
"Curbside pickup here is terrrrrrrrible. Followed the directions on the sign only to be met with a person who forced me to use the app. Which I would have done in the first place if the sign instructed me to do so. Why ask people to call if you just are gonna make us use the app?"
"This Folsom Walmart is packed with lots of stuff. The vibe is the senior citizens. It feels like Walmart keeps the store stocked for them. This Makes it a Win Win for Everyone Else. Only Suggestion Widen a few cosmetic aisles and smooth out the inclined parking lot. I bet their carts roll away often & hit cars because it was a struggle for me to keep my shopping cart in place while unloading it and it wasn't even full... I can imagine an older person needing assistance on the steep parts of the parking lot."
