"I don't understand how this salon is even open or makes money.. anytime you go here you can never get in. There's always one stylist working and all she does is complain about working and how short staffed they are.. it's ridiculous!! Then get a different job if you don't like it!! She won't take anybody in between colors either which is ridiculous you could be earning money but you're not willing to take somebody while somebody else is processing.. I have been a hair stylist for many years I would never turn away a paying customer if I had nothing to do but watch somebody under a dryer. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE . Will never return."

"A haircut is $17.75 before a tip nowadays. Fantastic Sam's was running short on people this week, but they still fit me in with only about an hour wait. So I did a little shopping elsewhere. He did a great job and now I don't look all scraggly anymore. I would definitely recommend."
