"The hair cut was really maintained, I liked that as my Cosmetologist was cutting and asking where certain areas had needed to be trimmed, my view of looking at short and shorter than pixie cuts, came in making sense to my look expectations. Chloe Lou did a wonderful work experience. Retail shop with fireplace is never the same every time I go for a haircut. The hair inspiration was about evening out the cuts. I have problems with hair growth as I lose them daily, the haircut I have now is all about growing it thicker for its time. "My name is Juliet. I came in and had an appointment with Sara. We had never met before, so I did my best to explain what my desired outcome was from the appointment. I knew it was going to be a lot, However, Sara did not act like it was too much. She was just attentive, and did her best to accommodate my wishes. After we finished, I found that my result was not exactly what I was looking for. It wasn’t anything that Sara did wrong it was just maybe a failure to communicate somehow. Instead of her acting put out, she quickly said that she would fix it so I would get my desired result, and that is exactly what happened. She did a phenomenal job and not only that she did it with a smile on her face, never acting irritated with the length of the appointment due to the miscommunication. I am so grateful that I found someone that is highly skilled, but also a person that is just kind and sincere. I would like to add also that I love this Salon for many other reasons, including the front desk staff- Beyond polite and courteous as well as the things that they have there to purchase, including Jane Iredale, A product that I love and some thing that I picked up there on my way out. "The scheduled stylist I had was not going to be able to make it in but the staff was great in offering me different options for that day or to reschedule. I took a spot with a different stylist that day, as it would have been hard for me to reschedule, and I was overdue for a cut. I was nervous to work with a stylist that hasn't done my hair before because I have had bad experiences with new to me stylists in the past with other places, but Renee knocked it out of the park. She listened to my concerns and what I was looking to have done that day. I wanted a trim with adding layers and bangs. Renee cut my hair even better than I could have envisioned it.
