"Sad to have such a bad experience. Too many walk-ins allowed meant those of us with appointments got the shaft. Super rushed pedicure with no lotion or massage and gel was bubbled and lifted days later and was still wet underneath. So bad! Salon wasn’t interested in refunding and only offered another pedicure if I didn’t leave bad feedback here, but I wasn’t interested in going back and I believe an honest review is more important to let others know to avoid this salon if it’s busy. Or if you don’t wanna pay $55 for something that doesn’t make it days or even a week."

"Came in for a pedicure that lasted less than 20 minutes - we were rushed out of the salon even though we had appointments. Gel nails chipped two days later. Not a good experience."

"Terrible experience. We called to make an appointment for three pedicures and arrived to a very busy salon. We had to wait a while to get in and then were rushed out of the salon after maybe 15 minutes (20 mins max) for the full pedicure. My nails were cut very short and uneven and then left sharp. Within an hour, one of the gel nails came off completely for one of the people in our group. Wouldn’t recommend this salon if you actually care about how your nails look. UPDATE: One day later the big toe from the pictures nails has become infected after being cut too short and improperly. UPDATE (3/6): We attempted to reach out to the salon to request a refund for the pedicures and they were only willing to refund us for one pedicure if we took this review down. Completely unacceptable."

"Not pleased!!! I felt like my technician rushed through the service, and when paying for a spa pedicure you typically are treated to a decent leg and foot massage, which didn't happen. For the price you pay, I've gotten a MUCH better experience at other salons."

"How I met your Mom!! Well more of an inside joke!! I hope everyone in the shop is laughing!! I had the best time taking my daughter to get her nails done before her dance. Watching the process, very clean, smelled great, but the best part was Emma!! Her sisters around were funny too!! The PT nail crew are great at what they do!! ARTISTS!! We took a picture in and she did it!! Hands down the best place in town!! Emma thank you so much for working on her nails one day I will be next!"
