"The Service Writer kept me informed throughout the repair. To my surprise, following the repair, I received a link to a video. The link took me to a video of the technician that completed the repair on my truck. He explained what was repaired, showed the part the was taken off as well as pointing out exactly where the part had failed. That video made this the most remarkable service department experience I have ever had. Outstanding way to build confidence in, and understanding of, the repair. Definitely will be telling people about this experience. Great job Morrie’s!!!"
"Negative stars. Asked to check my oil because it was burning through it fast and you guys said there was a smell, but said everything was fine, then I smelled the oil that you pulled out of my vehicle and it smelled like gasoline; which indicates a problem. I also asked you guys to check my engine because it was making a sound and I said my inspection now light was on, but all the mechanic did was drive it, which they'd have to see the light on and they didn't check it.. which alerted me that you guys did nothing. I brought it to several different mechanics for second opinions and they all found the problem IMMEDIATELY. Then you guys also told me I needed the alignment fixed, which they did, but the other two mechanics I took it to found a bigger problem there that causes the alignment to go back on it's own. I'm incredibly disappointed that I spent money here and bought a vehicle from a place that doesn't care about their customers. Had you guys not left on the inspection now light on, my vehicle would be broken down for good because I'd assume everything was okay. I also feel that because I'm a woman, you assumed I am not intelligent enough to figure out that you guys neglected to actually do anything. I will now be putting out this review on everything and informing everyone I know thinking of coming to you guys for service, that you're incompetent and don't know what you're doing."
"Brought my truck in for some service that was thankfully covered under warranty. Leo in the service department was awesome and kept me informed throughout the process. The service tech sent a video explaining the work being done on my truck was a nice touch. I had some extra maintenance done which came in less expensive than what I was actually quoted. Very pleased with my experience."
"Today was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was impressed with Ricky and Liz. They are both truly good at their job. Everyone there was friendly, but these two take the cake as far as I am concerned. “Thank you” to them for everything. I highly recommend you call Ricky if you have any anxiety about buying your next vehicle. Call him! Amy"
"I am only giving 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. I purchased a 3-year old used vehicle and upon driving it home after taking delivery, I realized it needed an alignment badly. They did the alignment at no charge a day or 2 later. Upon driving home from that appointment, it was still slightly out of alignment, but much better than before. I called back and asked them to make note of this in my records because I would probably have to bring it back in but could not for a while. After a long road trip, the misalignment was quite annoying, and I called to bring it back in. When I got to the appointment, I was told that they would not cover the service because it had been "too long". It was about 3 months since I bought the vehicle. Also, they told me there was no notation of my request to note the issue in my vehicle record. I called my salesperson. He remembered the issue. He relayed the issue to the sales manager and had him call me. The sales manager would not authorize the repair. I then spoke with the service manager, and he would not authorize the repair. Obviously, this dealership has no concern for customer relations after the sale is made. This was not replacing an engine or drive train, but a minor tweak that would have taken them about 1/2 hour to fix, thereby showing good faith and relations. Instead, they decided that making a (small) profit is more important than doing the right thing and keeping a customer happy. As a matter of principle, I left without having them do the work and decided I would rather pay a mechanic with some integrity to do the work. I will not return to this service department anymore unless it is my only option under the extended warranty that I purchased with the vehicle, and I will certainly never consider purchasing another vehicle from them."
