"Tried calling ahead to check availability/wait time for a basic oil change but no one answered in automotive. The store operator paged them twice to no avail. Decided to drive the half hour there and was told it would be a 1.5 hrs until they could get to me and a half hour to do it. Did the job right though and for a price that is the same if buying supplies and doing it yourself (pit crew oil change 26$) if your not trying to save an extra 20$ just go to valvoline where u can sit in your car which it is quickly performed, and they do a more thorough job. But if u schedule it ahead of time or don't mind the wait, and your trying to get it done for half the price, then you have a friend in Walmart automotive"

"I normally don't leave reviews, good or bad, but I feel I need to this time. This is the 2nd time I have been put on hold by someone and they never come back to the phone. I was on hold for over 18 minutes today before I finally hung up. The first time it was over 15 minutes. All I wanted both times was for someone to check to see if a certain tire was in stock before I drove 45 miles to the store. I feel that one time being left on hold may be a mistake; but twice tells me that the woman behind the counter doesn't care about helping customers who call!"
