"Definitely a different feel since new management. I had a full gel service yesterday and it was lack luster at best. Things I came to expect but were not done was comparing the uniformity of nail lengths of both hands and at end of the manicure she only put oil on cuticles of one hand not the other. Not the best I have ever had, quality not there. I asked where the usual nail techs were and was told they were on vacation, huh?"
