"If I could give a negative review I would. This company is ridiculous! I hate that it is one of the only places I can get certain items because I have been dealing with them for over a month on trying to get items I ordered and they sent to an incorrect address, a place that was updated in store and online both but they still somehow had on file. Now a month later they've had the package returned and they STILL won't send the items to my correct address!! I can understand there being system issues where something goes wrong but honestly every time I reach out to them they never follow up or fix it. I have wasted hours on the phone asking them to send it to the right place and they claim they can't. So now they have the items and my money and I used rewards, a coupon etc. So I want the same things for the same price and THEY can't?! It's a joke! All I want are the things I ordered and you have them, what possible reason can you have to not resend them to the correct place?! This has been a nightmare and every time I think I have someone who is going to follow up and fix it but then nothing. Hate it!!"

"I love the vast variety of options to choose from. Also like that they have choices from basic to high end name brands. I don't appreciate most of the vibes I get from the employees but I just ignore it."

Regardless, it was amazing and if I didn’t live 3 hours away, I’d go to her in a heartbeat"

"I went to the Benefit Brow Bar to have an eyebrow and Lip wax and was helped by Bailey Johnson. I just love her! She did my waxing for my wedding and I came back to her again and she remembered me. She's very professional and uses great precision but she is also a joy to chat with! I'll definitely be back to see her."
