"Since relocating to MN, my dental has gone down drastically. I’ve been to a few of the specialty dental places around the area- being referred out from my everyday dentist. Not being very pleased with results of where I was being referred to, (they only wanna remove teeth) no real diagnosis on what was causing the break down and how I can stop it, VS what I got, which was, basically continue on while teeth fall apart and fall out & return to us, we will assist in removal. Not wanting the same continuous result, or to lose anymore teeth, I contacted Dental Implant & Reconstructive Center. I am desperate to save what teeth I can, hoping this place could give me answers, a solution, a way to “Save” what I have left & a plan of how to repair my mouth. I had quite a few conversations with their scheduler. Not only has my mouth started to crumble with my move to MN, I have severe anxiety with dentist and this scheduler was kind, patient, understanding, and most importantly seemed willing and able to help. This has been a process, to even get to the point of calling another dental specialist. I’m So desperate to salvage what I can, I started looking at 100% cash Dentist on pretense “You get what you pay for”. Maybe if I pay, I’ll get true results, vs insurance paying. I was told immediately they do not accept insurance, and I would need to pay a $50 dep to schedule an appointment and would need to pay for the appointment at time of appointment. Which was $250. $300 total. Scheduling was within 6 weeks. The day arrives & I'm now in front of this scheduler opening my life & history. Which was very in depth, & had me feeling they really care & Im at the right place. After this in person. intake questionnaire, that I completed 1-on-1 with the scheduler, we moved to the next room where I see a very familiar X-ray machine. The full head version where it goes around your head and takes a full 360 of your mouth. After my mouth picture was taken, we moved to another room, where there was a basic dental chair. In the chair next to me I could see another patient, patiently waiting, I share this, because I could hear some of their appt, which got me anxious & excited for how they could help me. I did not wait long. The specialty dentist was now in front of me, it was my turn. We chatted on my history and on things I already knew needed to get done. Like teeth removal, the ones that clearly are not salvageable. From there we went over what, over the counter products she recommends. As with most dental work it seems for any big job, there’s always smaller jobs that need to be done first. And my situation is no different. I was offered to schedule another appt, to have that tooth removed. And quoted what that appt would cost. Had I elected to schedule I would had needed to pay for that appt right then, which was a round$700. Scheduling “another” appt made zero sense to me, insurance covers this, so why would I pay out of pocket. Up to this point I trusted & believed I would get what I paid & scheduled for & well I did not get a quote for a full mouth restoration. I was recommended over the counter products, told a tooth needing removing (which was known long before calling this office) & what they can’t do, NOT what they could do for me, regarding a full mouth restoration & how much that would cost. After this appointment I took time to process what just happened, what did I receive & What the heck did I pay for? Let’s be real, I just went through what an Everyday dentist would do. This could have been charged to my insurance vs paying out of pocket. I have my theories as to why “my appointment (appt)” went the way it did & why the patient in the chair next to myself had different results. My name title may aid in understanding, If so, then their opinions & assumptions that I cannot afford certain tx’s. This Would explain why not bothering to go over those tx options. I’m back to the drawing board on locating a specialist that can truly quote& may even help Restore my mouth."
"These guys are the best. I recently finished a long process with beautiful teeth. My old bridge began to fail and they worked to come up with a plan for a new one. A 21st century one. Three implants and laser scanned mouth made for a perfect fit of my new bridge. The technology they use is the most up-to-date and this means a superior product. They are very informative every step of the way. From the Dentist, assistants, and the front desk all are professional and there to help you through your journey. I couldn't be happier with the result. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed... and you will end up with a great smile!"
