"I’m a new customer from Saint Paul. I was half way to the clinic. This trip for me is 2 and a half hours drive and 141 miles away. When I was half way, and due to traffic the GPS gave me ETA 11:45 am ( my appointment was 11:30 am) so I let the clinic know out of curtsy. Rachel called and said they have to reschedule my appointment while I’m on the way. I took time off from work and brought my family with me and to find out they have to reschedule my appointment for 15 minutes behind! This is really disappointing and bad customer service! When you come from a very far away distance, the least you expect is understanding that roads are unpredictable and should excuse their patients and try to see them even if they are 15 minutes late!"
