Park Dental Downtown Duluth

"My dentist here was great, front desk person was really rude. I have to ask to have her tell me what my charges are. I asked to talk with the supervisor and front desk person refused. Will not be coming back."

"Crooks. They refused to see me for a dental emergency. No longer going to them any more. I wasn't going to say anything, but sometimes things happen for a reason. Last year I went to them for a split tooth and needed a root canal and crown. I often wondered why they were doing cleanings and conditioning other teeth and not spending any time with the split tooth that was infected. I called a couple weeks ago needing a tooth fixed that too was infected. They tell me that I still owed them when I paid them in FULL with 1 payment a year ago that they can't help me. After being inconvenienced to find another dentist, It dawned on me why they did what they did last time. Looking back, I realized that when you go in for a bad tooth, they soak up your insurance to the max with maintence for every other tooth and cleanings and office visits. Then when your insurance is tapped out then shift their focus to the tooth that you NEED fixed and leave you with a $2000 bill for a crown. Crooks. Refusing to see me in a time of need left a bad taste in my mouth about Park Dental. AVOID THEM!!!!!!"

"Very irritated with billing services of Park Dental Downtown Duluth. I have received 3 bills for a regular cleaning and X-ray that IS covered by my insurance (I called my insurance & double checked). I've also called Park Dental's office 3 times to have this resolved. Each time I repeated my insurance info to them and was told that my claim would be fixed/resubmitted. It has not. I've never had this issue at any doctor, dental, optometrist before. I will not be returning there for dental work."
