"Not sure what the complaints are about raised prices. It may have been raised but it wasn't a ridiculous amount. I honestly found so much vintage and name brand clothing and shoes within budget compared to other thrift stores in the San Bernardino/Redlands area. I love that they also have 3 different color tags on sale for a different discount on each one."
"I love this Thrift store the first thing I do is go to the jewelry area. To my disappointment they removed most of the items that make your eye want to see everything. Sometimes I use to be there longer than the entire store but now looks so bare. What a bummer now I only go see the jewelry for about 5 to 10minutes. I have also noticed a price increase which I get it everything is rising but really it's a thrift store I see it as a place that helps those in need. In that case I rather just buy it new because some prices can be way to high, but I still go to look since I do come from a far location and I can spend time with my mom she loves that thrift store."
"Had a great time with the wife browsing the aisles, good way of killing time. Left store empty handed. Prices of items in the store are outrageously high. Should change name to retail. Wouldn't call it a thrift shop."
"My complaint with this store is the self checkout. I don’t know how to work the self checkout, so I tried to navigate it and the staff instead of being helpful made me feel like I was trying to get away with something! You’re supposed to click on screen to get started and I didn’t know this so just started to scan an item and I was trying to scan another item and I accidentally scanned the original tag instead of the store tag and the staff was just giving me attitude instead of being helpful. I’m doing your job lady! I’m not trained in working the register! Total attitude! Or maybe that’s just their way of being? I just left the store feeling less than happy with that experience. Have some empathy lady that some of us aren’t used to doing your job."
"Eco thrift is definitely a reasonable store. They offer daily discounts on older items that are color cordinated. The store is very organized and clean for the most part. I will say that some of the men's clothes were priced close to Ross. You just have to kinda dig and find what works for you. Parking is a little tough they have a decent lot but it gets packed quick. A downside is the line was really long even with 3 clerks it took a long time to check out"
