"They delivered the wrong refrigerator, and had to come back and bring the right one. We had to clean the refrigerator ourselves. Then I was told I would get a few more days extra before payment would be due that was not true either."
"I went in to pick up my ps5 that I put on hold online and they ran my payment for the remaining payment and said it never went through on my end it may go back to your account did you want to make the payment and wait to see if it goes back to your account made me want to change my mind about this business all together if it was for the guys at the Redlands location explaining the whole thing process of what was happening clearing I would have call the cops a report fraud because with no good reason on why how it may or may not just refund back to me I can wait and see if it does but till then there’s nothing the can do but give me corporates number and doesn’t even state that there not even hope the guy there seemed like he had no item how to explain what’s going on to the customer to be left alone"
"Delivery for in-store items takes over a week, which is longer than advertised. I was approved for a certain amount and after leasing 2 items, still had something left over to be able to purchase something else. One rep wrote up a living room set for me and said I could make the processing fee Monday. I called Monday and Brian said I couldn’t lease anything else. Mind you, I just moved and am starting fresh with all new appliances and furniture. All employees should be aware of processes before making promises that can’t be kept."
"Don’t ever get furniture for this store. I regret it. I thought I would be happy with my purchase and I am not. Heads up!!!! You get constantly harassed by employees. Even after you communicate with the store employees. They won’t believe you. And feel that you are lying, because someone didn’t do their job. They come to your house and intimidate you into giving information that was already given. I can not wait to return it. Never again will I do business with them."
