"Scammers. They deceive people by saying they are closing soon. They have been saying that for years now and they never close also everything is so expensive."

"Not even a month and the couch cracked from the bottom. We checked the bottom of the couch and the wood looks cheap. We called the store and they were suppose to send someone to fix it. Months later no one came."

They said I had 0% financing for 6 months but the agreement I got a day later does not reflect that. Very disappointed with the dishonesty of these salesmen. "Three weeks ago my Fiancé and I went here to buy a dresser with a big mirror piece since we wanted to upgrade our bedroom. We settled on a decent looking dresser with a mirror that covered a good portion of the wall next to our closet. They had the sticker price hanging on the mirror for $540 so we just went for it, it felt a little pricey but we still went for it. We paid half one day then half the next day. It took them two weeks to do anything and I had not heard from them, so my fiancé called them back and they said they didn't order it because we hadn't paid the full amount. After asking for a third payment we showed them both receipts and they finally ordered our dresser, even though they said they would order it when I made the first payment. Fast forward to today, they delievered a dresser, but no mirror. I called immediately and was met with attitude from the associate at the store. I admit I lost it a bit when she said they were charging me return fees when I said I didn't want half of my order. Apparently they only wrote down the dresser in the invoice so they scammed me out of the other half of my piece. According to the rude representative on the phone (the lady working there) she wasn't going to do anything but call IF she had the time, because she was busy. Now if you've ever looked in that store, IT'S EMPTY all day. The CLOSING SALE signs should be proof enough of that. I was told "HOW DARE YOU" when I asked to speak to the owner, and was told to call the other store. I called but the owner apparently wasn't there, and won't be back for days. Do yourself a favor and just go to ikea, they have the same furniture for 1/3 of the price."

"I want to give 0 stars. Cutomer service is less than 1 star. U went in this store and right away a Hispanic man starts telling me in broken English not to have my children all over the furniture. We had just walked in we had not even had a chance to walk around. I really felt unwelcome. These people just lost out on good business. I just bought a bigger house and need several rooms of furniture. I won't be spending my money here."
