"This place is awesome!! The beer, the cocktails, the food, the service -- all amazing! In particular, the "Piggy Pie" is a must-get item any time I come here, it's so delicious. On my most recent visit, I got the special release barrel aged stout and wow was it incredible! The vibe is pleasant and casual, the QR codes for ordering at the tables are convenient and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend this place for pizza and drinks!"

"This is one of a few post-covid experiences I've had that really hits home how things have changed. We arrived Friday evening after dropping off our kid at a holiday party and needed a place nearby to chill. Nouvelle was packed. It has a bar feel, but cleaner and brighter. There were mostly adults there, but we saw two different families with small children too. Ordering was done by scanning the barcode on the table, which takes you to a platform similar to ordering on Uber Eats or DoorDash. You also pay this way. I ordered a salad, and my husband just got fries. With two drinks (mine was a Coke) and ice cream, we paid over $75. It was a reminder that inflation is crazy high right now. That being said, the food was GOOD. Honestly, we haven't found very many places with really nice food in the Twin Cities. My only real complaint is that there were a dozen TVs, and not a single one had a non-sports show on. I want someplace to look where I don't have to see my team losing."

"I loved that they had a variety of beverages not just beer! And a brewing place with food! The pizza lacked sauce if I were to order it again I'd ask for extra extra. They had a large bar seating area which I loved a tables for larger groups. Comfortable atmosphere with televisions. Service was adequate beers were great coming from a non beer drinker"

"Enjoyable slice of the good life. We tried 3 pizzas. They were all good, but the Piggy Pie was my favorite. I really like the crust and the garlic. I also had an NA mojito, and I really enjoyed it. Things I would change: I wish there were more size options for the pizza. I wish inside was less muggy and that they had some fans outside. All in all, I did enjoy myself. It was a very chill place and I enjoyed my food and drink."
