"Store was clean and organized. They must have a new buyer for women's clothes, I used to find dozens of things I liked, but not anymore. The percentage off coupons are not good on as many brands as they used to be. Large selection of baby/kids clothes. Good brand name sportswear."

"We have shopped here for years but after today we won't anymore. My wife had to use the restroom so we stopped here because we were driving close by. As my wife is walking out the cashier says in front of seven people in a loud enough voice so everyone in line could hear "So you just came in to use the bathroom". Verbally and publicly shaming my wife for using the bathroom. Very unprofessional and I can't believe kohls would support this action."

"Kohl’s has really gone downhill! The customer service is making people run around the store from the service desk to the pickup desk to get there pick up items. To ordering a pick up and getting an email saying that they ship it to store then to my home and while in the store find those items and they won’t let you have them. Also, ordering something and they said it will be in by today. So, I called the store and they said it might not be in till 12-27…. (It was something my child needed for school)They have made Christmas shopping very difficult. Also, they are no longer a reliable store. I have found other stores like Target to be much better and they will going out of their way to help you."

"Kohl's is one of my favorite store, always good inventory Turnover. A clean and tidy store. Love Having the Sephora in there too. ALWAYS have great clearance deals and a huge selection of different clothes for the whole family. It's the only place we go to for the kids shoes and most athletic wear. The self pick up in store feature for online shopping is one of the best new things."
