"Bad customer service and bad manager. She’s upset for absolutely no reason and did not help me get my pick up orders. She manually canceled my pick up orders and wasted my time. Then told me to just call customer service. I did absolutely nothing to upset her."

"Our purpose for coming here was to find the brand Sketchers in a slip on tennis shoe. I am big on the customer service experience, so here is my observation of DSW. The store is located off Burleigh and highway 41 which is a heavy traffic area. We were not greeted when we entered the store however, I was eventually able to find help on the sales floor. I was directed to the ladies Sketchers, and my husband was directed to the men's. I would have purchased two pairs of shoes but, they didn't have the blue in my size. I was told that they could mail them, but I chose not to. The shoes are priced like any retail department store however, there are racks of sales shoes in the very back of the store that offer larger discounts. The store is fairly well kept up with regard to shoes being put away. My suggestion for improvement, and reason for not giving five stars is because I felt that it was important to have more than two check out clerks when there is a long line. Perhaps have one of the sales floor employees scheduled as back up. So for my husband buying three pairs of Skechers plus my one pair, we were given a $10.00 reward off our total purchase. It did help a little bit. Would I go back? Yes."

"They accidentally pulled the wrong shoes from an online order. They unfortunately didn't have the style I wanted in stock anymore, but they searched the near by store stock and found another store with the shoe in stock and held them for me! Solved the solution very quickly."
