"i could not find knorr taco rice at another grocery store (not ralphs) and its the only one we eat with my homemade tacos so i called here to see if they have it before making a trip on my way home from work the girl who answered i think from the grocery dept was super sweet! and very polite she went to check and said they have it and put some aside for me! i then remembered i forgot to tell her my name so i called back and a different lady answered again, very polite and helpful she made sure to put my name with it came in and there it was waiting on the front desk :) :) thank u! really appreciate it! i dont know their name but they are doing a great job!! i know times are tough right now and its not easy working in customer service environment i used to work retail so i understand how rough it can be but thanks for doing what u do! :) love this store"

"Sure, some of the temps they've had work here haven't been the best but long term this pharmacy has been incredible. Super helpful, always so nice when I bring my kids with me, always answer any questions I have, and if they don't have my meds they do what it takes to get the prescriptions filled. This pharmacy is great!"

"Their pick up order system is not up to par with other stores. I think they're system just messaged you letting you know your order is ready even when it's not and nobody calls to let you know it's not ready. I've been 3 tubes to pick up groceries for them to tell me if won't be ready for another hour! Good bye Ralphs."

"The new management is terrible. I’ve been going to this pharmacy for a long time and always had great service but ever since the new pharmacist took over and a bunch of the long-time techs left, the service is terrible. I’ve been getting the same Rx for 20 years and all of the sudden, I don’t have refills left on only that script. I spent 6 days straight on the phone with my doctor and this pharmacy for them to still not figure it out and fill the wrong one. I’m tired of trying with the new management, time to go elsewhere!"
