"Seal beach Ulta location lacks professionalism as well as customer service. I feel like the service has gotten so bad the past few years. The infection control protocol is non existent :( The Benefits rep did not sanitize the brushes after having used on me then she handed the sane brush to another customer. She was also obnoxious when she talks with a heavy accent that was not friendly and professional. I had to seek help with products. When I ask questions, the responses were “yes” or “no”, then I was left on my own. I don care to go back."

"This is for the ulta salon. I would never ever come back here. Ever. I wish i could get a refund cause amanda had to fix my hair 3 times and it still looked nothing like my inspo pic and was a total waste of $300. If you want a cosmetologist who ignores her clients, is doing 3 clients at once, will take the easy lazy way out of doing someone’s hair then sure go here. I really am so upset and i wish a refund could happen cause i look atrocious"

"Such a weird shopping experience... I usually shop at the Marina Pacifica location, but this location happened to have all the items that I needed for my pick up order. I shopped around a bit before I picked up my order. Really awkward experience. No body said anything to me in the first 10 min as I was looking at fragrance. The only redeeming person was an older makeup artist with dark hair, who asked me if I needed help... there were two other customers in the store. I considered buying a new fragrance but the two girls who helped me were not the "fragrance girl" , and my questions were met with vague but sufficient enough answers. Caroline had tried to upsell me from the travel size to the largest bottle, but I had already changed my mind in the mist of our awkward exchange. Caroline, the pseudo fragrance girl with her name tag hidden behind her walkie, met me at the register, more awkwardness ensued with the transaction process. In addition, she asked me twice if I wanted to use my points; "no" was the answer both times."

"I LOVE LUCY!♡ She is absolutely amazing inside and out. Super helpful and professional. I couldn't find anything. She went out of her way to make sure I got all my skincare and makeup needs. I'm also very excited to see her soon for my eyebrows!"
