"Called and inquired about printing. Questions were answered but customer service representative was lackluster about my excitement for the product which left me feeling, “Is the product as good as I think it?”. Now my perception ‘flatlined’."

"I am disappointed, they do the bare minimum work to avoid HELPING you . This used to be my favorite place to come print documents. Now , it’s a nightmare. Now THEY make you use self service even if it’s not WORKING! I was there for 30 minutes trying out their advice and downloading all different apps to get my document to print and I asked the manager YESENIA, “ Can I send the document to you and you print it out “ she says , “ YOU can put an order in” like really? A order for one piece of paper? If I were a manager I would’ve helped the in store customer needs first ! Especially if the order required very little time that’s when logic comes in! Granted , if I had 50 pieces of papers that needed printing I would’ve totally understood the inconvenience…. Yesenia , saw me trying , waiting, and nothing! They are not of service to help YOU . They’re there to do the least as possible and talk amongst other co-workers …. I am , Very upset. I left without getting anything printed or felt anyone tried to help me effectively …. Yesenia ,"

"Really disappointed with todays service. I had been standing in line for 15 minutes and printing guy serviced an older lady before me although I had been waiting before her. I mentioned it 3x that I wanted to get a page laminated and they said they’d help me. Then an older lady came in and said she wasn’t able to laminated one page because it pushes back orders. It’s pretty ridiculous that they had me standing for a long time when they could’ve mentioned that beforehand. I come to this location at least once a week to print and to laminate and this is the worst services I’ve gotten."

"Chris in the print department has terrible customer service skills after a nice African American lady (whose name I don’t remember) gave my print project to him to complete when I picked it up it was lost under a pile of there stuff and he told me it wasn’t his job to complete the project even though it was handed off too him. 1/10 do not recommend working with him"

"This is by far the worst Staple’s I have been to, they are so unorganized it’s ridiculous. I order the same flyers to be printed out every other month for my business, and every time they have an issue printing out my order right each time. Today was the final straw, they were supposed to have a order for 2,000 flyers printed out for my by 7:00 pm yesterday, giving them a chance to have everything together, I waited until 10:30 today to pick up my order. Not only was the order not finished, they hadn’t even started it, giving me an excuse about how they meant to call me because they ran out of the paper. Again this was my final straw with this staples and they will no longer receive any business from me. I highly recommend against going to this staples unless you want to be disappointed."
