"In August I needed a washing machine , So I looked on line and decided to try Howards in Long Beach . I was greeted by Eric . He narrowed down what I might be looking for quickly and let me look around at what there was in the range I was looking for..He then checked on me and answered all my questions ..The interaction was very comfortable and actually fun . I made a decision and the paperwork was completed quickly . I was never rushed or ignored . All the Sales staff were professional and friendly . The delivery and installation was easy and on time , This all went so good, just this past week I needed a new refrigerator , So I immediately Called Eric and He said come on down. The same experience from start to finish , The Customer service of Eric really eases this process . Ive' been a local homeowner for 30 years and have bought many items..and felt screwed .......This is by far my best experience purchasing appliances ..I recommend this Howards to anyone if you have to unfortunately make these kinds of purchases . Ask for Eric , He will ease the pain of this process and get it done for you quickly ."
