"The absolute worse garbage collection company. Half the time the waste is left all over the streets. Other times they do not empty out the bins completely. City of Dublin needs to negotiate a new contract with a different company."

"I forgot to push my bins out last night and thus missed this week’s trash collection in the morning. I called customer service in panic and was immediately connected to an agent. She wasn’t able to reach to the driver at the moment, but she assured me she would try again later and told me to leave the bins out. The driver did came back at noon and saved the day. Thank you guys for your tremendous help!"

"Great response time on phone, excellent service! used their service twice. Pick up of large items was easy to schedule on phone, and pick up was done in morning. The lady on the phone gave clear instructions. The drop off a an extra trash can was also seamless. Thank you!"

"This company is the worst. You won't have a choice, but just know that they offer free big item pick up that you will never be able to schedule. And when you ask them to take extra bags (1 -2) they won't - they will charge you an outrageous fee. So when you are moving and have extra trash for the first time in 10 years, they won't help you. Even if you have been an excellent customer, you are on your own. TERRIBLE VALUE. Good riddance I won't have to deal with them any longer."

"I ordered a dumpster to come to my residence last week, on Friday well before closing I called in to have the dumpster picked up and dumped so that it could be refilled. The CSR notified me of the holiday hours and assured me that instead of monday (memorial day) the dumpster would be picked up and re-delivered on tuesday morning. I scheduled for work to be done on my property tuesday morning in anticipation of the return of the dumpster within the normal morning window for my area. Tuesday came and they charged the account then never came for the dumpster. I called in to talk to someone about the lost time and money because of their negligence. The CSR told me they had no idea why the paperwork wasn't processed to have the driver go out, they took some time trying to get a driver to come, this was now Wed. I was assured that a supervisor would call back. It is now 430 and no call, I called back in and the new CSR seemed to not know I was waiting for a call. This company is poorly run, the staff seems to not care at all about meeting customer needs or meeting agreed deadlines, but they will take your money. Find another provider for additional services. If I acted this unprofessionally and avoided calls the 75 or so I am responsible for at work would be in dire straights and I would be out a job. Do NOT patronize... or if you do be willing to lose time and money to laziness and unprofessionalism."
