"Used clothes for retail prices, score! Avoid the grey haired lady if there are multiple employees working, be prepared to argue over prices with her. This lady loves to change the price when you are ready to check out. For example, PJ set, $10. At the register? $15. I've had to tell this lady multiple times I've shopped there that, no, the rack says the item should be so and so much. So when she tried to charge me $15 for *used* Walmart PJs I said no thank you, and then she had the audacity to say, it's a great deal lol dude, used Walmart PJs for retail price is a good deal? If you want to control prices so badly, go work for corporate and set prices there. I've literally watched other people ahead of me have the same experience with this lady and the frustration that ensues. Did I mention retail prices for used clothing? Unfortunately this is nothing new for Goodwill, they've gone really downhill for a long time now. More like Corpwill. *2 stars because I did find a cat couch and a cool lamp for a reasonable price."
"$85 for used nike.$65 for UA Curry. Pure Greed. Does Goodwill really,do work training like they claim? Whats the proof?"
"Selling a lot of stuff for more than what the item is originally worth or just at the same price. They had a sun-damaged though new Brita for $30 when I could get an undamaged new one for $30 that also has a replacement sensor. Not as good as it used to be, they also don't have stuff for under $3 anymore. Do better. edit: I just went through the rest of the reviews and all the ones from recent months are saying the EXACT same thing about items being priced like they are new."
"I have nothing bad to say about the staff there as she was kind as can be but those prices are ridiculous!! $10 for all USED shirts, pants, shorts and dresses? You get all of your things for free but charge prices as if they’re new? Some of these things are from Walmart for $3. Goodwill is no longer what it use to be. It use to be to help ppl with lower income but now it’s to line owners pockets"
"Neat store overall, will say that they need policy/attitude change. Went in & directly in front of me were display mannequins that were stylishly dressed. There was an item I was interested in and was handling it & asked one of the associates about it, who replied, “no sale” & another associate then chimed in, “those aren’t for sale and the sign (small one in bottom left of display) says to not touch either, come back in 3 months to try & buy it, that’s our policy.” To which I replied “well that’s dumb”. This is Goodwill not Gucci of Rodeo drive, are you trying to hold on to these things or make a sale? So you have to make a display change, big deal. Anyways, worth stopping in but was not super impressed."
