The receptionists and estheticians are all so friendly and helpful, and as someone who had a lot of worries about the procedure, they helped me feel comfortable and made sure I knew what I was getting into. I ended up going for 3 rounds of micro-needling plus a hydra-facial, since my acne scars are on the lighter side. the rooms are clean and well-decorated, plus there’s a TV in each room so you can have something on in the background while you wait for the numbing cream to set in and whatnot.
