"The person answering the phone and taking the appointments was super rude. He was very impatient, not welcoming at all. There happens to be a cancellation so he calls me back and I decide to take that early morning appointment. I come in and they tell me I don’t have an appointment. When he sees me he makes something up saying that he called me in the afternoon and that I had said I will not take the appointment. I have no afternoon call from him anywhere in my call logs anyway! The call he is talking about did not even happen. Not only did I arrange a babysitter but he also lies and does not bother to look at me and apologize. I will surely not be coming here again, they have no value for people’s time so unprofessional."

"One they open early on Saturday. 2 the staff was very friendly. Everyone offered me something to drink. Jamie who cut my hair was nice friendly and easy to talk too. I would recommend! I got a wash, cut and blow dry. Took about 45 minutes. The salon sign is hard to read, but the entrance is right on the corner next to nektar juice and purrebarre. Place was very clear. No odor. Decor was pleasant. They had some jewelry on display for sale and hair products . I will return again!"
