"I’m not From the area, however we were in the area , and my daughter wanted her eye brows threaded… she waited about a good 20-30 min.. then a customer walks in and instead of taking my daughter who was next , they took this person who was the last one to walk in, the workers were also having conversations with her which made us believe they knew her and told her “you can come next” Being that was unprofessional , and not good customer service we walked out. My daughter who is a teen even acknowledge that it was not a fair action. Please respect ALL your customers …"

"I asked if they could wax my eyebrows they said they don’t do waxing there only threading. I said ok I’ll thread them because you were recommended to me. The woman gave me attitude and that’s when I should have walked away. My eyebrows are always thick and full. I asked her to clean them but keep their shape and I cried when I realized she got rid of half of my eyebrows. I’m going on a trip where I was going to wear minimal make up because of water activities and now I don’t know what to do. To say I’m furious is an understatement. Do not go here."
