"VIOLATION OF HIPPA, threatening, and bullying. I have been going to forever ageless for years. I am beyond surprised at the level of unprofessionalism I’ve recently experienced along with a threat from the medical director. I received Botox on 09/08. The provider Amanda left the door open while speaking VERY loudly. I told her I was uncomfortable and she still let the door open. I contacted the office on 09/14 to let them know of my concerns of the HIPPA violation and also that my Botox was not done properly. I was leaving for a month long trip and I was asked to send in photos, which I did. When Nicole called me back, she was very rude and told me that if the provider felt uncomfortable, that they would keep the door open. Unsure what I’ve ever done to make anyone feel uncomfortable. If that were the case, why would they continue seeing me as a patient? Or why wouldn’t they bring in another nurse? I asked to either receive a credit, to be refunded, or if they could fix it. They said there was nothing they could do because a month had passed. Keep in mind, they KNEW I was out of town for a month & I contacted them a week after I got the service done. Flash forward, I asked to speak to the medical director. I told her my concerns and again, nothing but unprofessionalism. She told me if I wrote a review, she would file a police report for extortion, as she was laughing at me while I could tell other people were in the room with her. Threatening a former client for writing a review of a terrible experience they had? Unsure how that is extortion. People have the right to know what I went through & to know what type of business this is. Lizzy - pushed me to do more filler & had multiple negative things to say about the previous injection (used to work at forever ageless) who I absolutely loved. I showed Izzy photos of what I wanted for my lips & she did not listen to me. She kept pushing me to do more filler in my face as well and said the filler the previous girl did, didn’t even work. She even was pushing a payment plan when I said I didn’t want to put that much filler in my face. My lips were ginormous. Multiple people ask me if I have them done. Less is more is that dr. Joe preached. Amanda - left the door open and was talking SO loud. I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe while she had the door open. There was no privacy. She also didn’t tell me how many units she was doing - which every injector has told me. I was surprised what my balance was when I checked out. Which I don’t understand could have been when my face is messed up now from her. It seems a lot of people have had negative experiences here, which is very sad. This place was amazing. I don’t know what has happened in the quality of people that have been hired. When you are doing anything cosmetic you are in a vulnerable place. My last two visits made me so uncomfortable and unhappy with my looks. Please be careful."
