"I went there on my lunch break I'm a newbie for makeup and I needed help color matching for a powder foundation, one of the managers there Angie! She was super helpful and nice! She gave me a lot of advice for makeup dupes for certain products and even helped find the right shade for me! And even went above and beyond to do a full face of makeup for me I ended buying most of the products she used on me! She's amazing!"

"Worst customer service. No greetings when coming into the store. First I ask for help on finding a product in store. They ask me to wait at the aisle and they will be right there to assist me. 15 mins later nobody helped me. The store is not busy - theres probably 3 people in the store browsing. I had to figure it out myself. I go pay and they have all the pricing wrong on the shelves and made a whole long process to fix the prices they they had wrong. Then they give me the coldest responses - eye rolling. I am canceling my Ulta card - because one, I dont come to Ulta for Customer service but today was the last straw."

"The store was quite a mess. I don't blame the staff for the construction zone that half the ulta beauty store was. I do, however, think the customer service was less than subpar. The first employee I talked to was on his phone when I asked for assistance (there was a lip color, I was wondering if they had in backstock). He sounded annoyed and took a very long time to check. They ended up not having it, which is fine, but it would have been more so if the employee had been more kind. It was a subpar expirence, to say the least. I ended up buying the Gucci flora scent 3.3 fluid oz, NYX matte lingere 16 hour vegan lipstick, and the Pacifica sunset moon scent 6.5 oz."

"Really clean. Organized. Well lit. Staff was friendly - we were helped by Sydney this evening who was polite and courteous. There is a lot of parking for this location, but it can be difficult to find a spot when it’s busy. My wife and I had a really fun time trying all of the different perfumes!"
