"As I first walked into Eddie Bauer today the first thing I noticed was that the store was an absolute mess. There were customers in the store looking for assistance. All three employees were behind the POS (cash registers). One was eating, one was on her phone, and they were talking amongst each other. No one was on the floor engaging with customers, straightening, board folding, checking dressing rooms, etc. I found what I wanted and I made sure to get in and out of the store."

"Changing my 5 star to a 1 star. I went there in hope of finding clearance deals but I cannot get my wheelchair back there. This store is not ADA compliant. Something has changed in the past month for the worst."

"Friendly and helpful employees, also great clothing for the money. bring your own reusable bag when you shop at Eddie Bauer and if you buy an item you get a discount! They have a guarantee on their clothing, One example is if you lose a button you can bring it in and they’ll replace your button."

"I always get great service at this location. I had a pair of gloves that ripped. I mentioned it to the salesperson when I was buying a new pair. The salesperson told me to bring them back that they would replace them. I was so surprised. Because of this person going the extra mile, I now make sure I stop in when I am in the area."

"I love Eddie Bauer products and the values that they stand by, but this review is about an employee that went above and beyond for me. I am so thankful for Stacy the assistant manager!!!! I had recently purchased the women’s ecotherm parka (an expensive jacket, especially for me). I’m a dog walker, and the jacket has withstood so many dog nails from dogs jumping, and has kept me warm so far this wisconsin winter. I had a problem with the jacket (my fault mostly) and Stacy was quick and so empathetic to help me. I had tried their customer service line but the hold time was so long I decided to take my chances and try the store. Im so glad I did!!!! Stacy helped me exchange my jacket and even called me when the right size and color was in store. Now I’m positive the jacket will last me 10+ years. Thanks Stacy!!!"
